SYS 03 / SIZING

How we size your crane

Duty & capacity

Real load spectrum and cycles per hour — not just maximum tonnage. This sets the duty class and drives most of the cost.

Geometry

Span between rails, required lift height, headroom limits and runway condition for overhead systems.

Environment & power

Indoor/outdoor, temperature, dust and corrosion, plus your site voltage and frequency — confirmed per project.

Destination & documents

Certification framework and documentation for your destination country, agreed before the order — see contact.

Not sure which line fits your duty?

Send the load, the moves per hour and the bay dimensions — we will propose the type.
